What We Stand For·Core Doctrine
Foundational Doctrine

Global Cooperation

Strategic alignment with the UN, State.gov, Interpol, CDC, FEMA, EPA, and global NGOs.

Doctrine

No single organisation can solve the crises of our era. Global cooperation is not a diplomatic nicety — it is an operational necessity. We build the relationships, frameworks, and interoperability that allow diverse actors to act as one when it matters most.

Pacific 7.0 International is structurally designed for cooperation. Our Governance & Global Policy Directorate maintains strategic relationships with the United Nations system, the U.S. Department of State, Interpol, the CDC, FEMA, the EPA, and a network of global NGOs. Our GIOD maintains liaison relationships with law enforcement and intelligence partners across more than 40 countries. Our Health Security Directorate coordinates with WHO, CDC, and national health ministries. Cooperation is not a programme — it is how we operate.

Operational Detail

Four Dimensions of Global Cooperation

UN System Alignment

Pacific 7.0 International aligns its operations with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, the Paris Agreement, and the UN Charter on human rights. Our Governance Directorate maintains active engagement with UNDP, UNHCR, UNICEF, WHO, UNEP, and the Security Council mechanisms relevant to our mandate.

Law Enforcement & Intelligence Cooperation

GIOD maintains formal liaison relationships with Interpol, Europol, and national law enforcement agencies to coordinate transnational crime interdiction, counter-terrorism operations, and border security. Our intelligence sharing protocols are governed by strict legal frameworks and human rights standards.

Public Health & Emergency Management

Our Health Security Directorate coordinates with the CDC, WHO, and national health ministries on epidemic intelligence, medical countermeasure deployment, and health system resilience. Our Disaster Directorate maintains interoperability with FEMA, national civil protection agencies, and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

Civil Society & NGO Partnership

We recognise that civil society organisations often have deeper community trust and local knowledge than any government or international body. We build formal and informal partnerships with NGOs, faith-based organisations, academic institutions, and community groups — treating them as equal partners in the design and delivery of our programmes.
