Protection — How We Operate — Pacific 7.0 International

Operational Pillar II

Protection

Pacific 7.0 International fiercely defends human rights, vulnerable communities, global ecosystems, and critical infrastructure through integrated protection operations across all directorates.

Protection is not passive. It requires presence, capability, and the willingness to stand between those who would cause harm and those who cannot defend themselves. We train for that moment and deploy when it arrives.

Domains

Protection Domains

Five interlocking domains that together constitute our comprehensive protection mandate.

Human Rights & Legal Protection

Our Human Rights & Justice Directorate deploys forensic teams, legal advocates, and protection monitors into conflict zones and post-crisis environments. We document violations, provide legal aid, and pursue accountability through international mechanisms.

Physical Security & Extraction

GIOD's Transnational Crime & Terrorism Division provides armed overwatch, VIP extraction, and crisis negotiation for personnel operating in high-threat environments. Kidnap-for-ransom response, active-threat neutralisation, and diplomatic compound security are core capabilities.

Ecosystem & Environmental Protection

The Environmental & Conservation Diplomacy Directorate defends biodiversity hotspots, prosecutes environmental crimes, and deploys rapid-response teams to contain ecological damage from industrial accidents, illegal extraction, and climate-driven disasters.

Critical Infrastructure Defence

GIOD's Cyber & Digital Warfare Division and the Disaster Directorate's engineering units jointly harden critical infrastructure — power grids, water systems, communications networks — against both physical and cyber threats.

Vulnerable Population Safeguarding

Across all operations, dedicated units within Health Security, Human Rights, and Ohana Foundation ensure that children, women, elderly, displaced persons, and marginalised communities receive prioritised protection, medical care, and legal representation.
