Unit Mission

The Public Diplomacy & Stakeholder Engagement Advisory Unit advises on the development and implementation of public diplomacy and stakeholder engagement strategies that build understanding, trust, and support for Pacific 7.0 International's mission and programmes. The unit conducts stakeholder mapping and analysis, develops engagement strategies, and advises on the communications and relationship-building activities that create the enabling environment for effective operations.

Key Functions

Stakeholder Mapping

Conducting comprehensive stakeholder mapping and analysis — identifying all relevant stakeholders, understanding their interests and concerns, and assessing their influence and importance to Pacific 7.0 International's mission.

Engagement Strategy

Developing stakeholder engagement strategies that specify the objectives, messages, channels, and activities for engaging each priority stakeholder group — building the relationships and understanding needed to support effective operations.

Public Diplomacy Advisory

Advising on public diplomacy activities that build understanding and support for Pacific 7.0 International's mission among key international audiences — including government, civil society, media, and the general public.
