Economic Warfare & Sanctions Impact Assessment Unit
Analysing economic coercion, sanctions regimes, and financial warfare to protect operational and financial integrity.
Unit Mission
The Economic Warfare & Sanctions Impact Assessment Unit analyses the use of economic instruments as tools of coercion and conflict — including sanctions regimes, trade restrictions, currency manipulation, and financial warfare — and assesses their impact on operational environments, partner organisations, and supply chains. The unit advises on sanctions compliance, identifies exposure to secondary sanctions risk, and monitors the evolution of economic warfare tactics employed by state and non-state actors.
Key Functions
Sanctions Analysis
Analysing the structure, scope, and enforcement of sanctions regimes to identify compliance obligations, secondary sanctions exposure, and the operational implications of sanctions-related restrictions on partners and supply chains.
Economic Coercion Monitoring
Monitoring the deployment of economic coercion instruments — including trade restrictions, investment bans, currency interventions, and debt leverage — by state actors to identify emerging threats to operational and financial stability.
Impact Assessment
Modelling the financial and operational impact of economic warfare measures on Pacific 7.0 International's programmes, partners, and supply chains — and advising on mitigation strategies that preserve operational continuity.
