Unit Mission

The Close-Protection Advisory & Protocols Task Force develops, reviews, and refines the doctrine, standard operating procedures, and training standards that govern close-protection operations. The task force advises on the selection, vetting, and structuring of protective details, reviews existing protective programmes for gaps and vulnerabilities, and provides expert guidance on the application of close-protection principles across diverse operational contexts — from diplomatic protection to humanitarian field operations.

Key Functions

Doctrine Development

Developing and maintaining close-protection doctrine and standard operating procedures that reflect current threat environments, best practice, and the specific operational contexts in which Pacific 7.0 International operates.

Programme Review

Conducting structured reviews of existing protective programmes to identify gaps, vulnerabilities, and areas where doctrine, procedures, or capability fall short of the standard required to manage the assessed threat.

Training Advisory

Advising on the design and evaluation of close-protection training programmes — ensuring that protective personnel are trained to the standard required for the specific threat environments they will operate in.
