Business Continuity & Resilience Advisory Unit

Building organisational resilience through robust business continuity planning and crisis preparedness.

Unit Mission

The Business Continuity & Resilience Advisory Unit advises organisations on the development and implementation of business continuity management systems that ensure the continuation of critical functions during and after disruptive events. The unit conducts business impact analyses, develops continuity plans, and designs resilience frameworks that enable organisations to absorb disruption, adapt to changed circumstances, and recover rapidly — maintaining the delivery of critical services regardless of the nature or scale of the disruption.

Key Functions

Impact Analysis

Continuity Planning

Testing & Validation

Designing and facilitating business continuity tests and exercises that validate plan effectiveness, identify gaps, and build the organisational capability and confidence needed to execute plans under real crisis conditions.
