Unit Mission
The Education Support & Digital Divide Elimination Unit expands education access and eliminates the digital divide — developing the tutoring programs, digital literacy initiatives, and technology access programs needed to ensure that all community members have the educational support and digital skills needed to participate fully in modern society. The unit applies education equity, digital inclusion, and community development to develop the comprehensive approaches needed to address the educational and digital barriers that perpetuate inequality.

Education Support
Providing education support services — developing tutoring, mentoring, and academic support programs that help community members overcome educational barriers and achieve their learning goals.
Digital Literacy
Building digital literacy — developing training programs that equip community members with the digital skills needed to access online services, employment opportunities, and civic participation.
Technology Access
Expanding technology access — developing the community technology centers, device lending programs, and affordable internet initiatives that ensure all community members can access the digital tools they need.
