Restorative Justice & Community Healing Analytics Team
Designing restorative justice processes that repair harm and rebuild community relationships after conflict and rights violations.
Unit Mission
The Restorative Justice & Community Healing Analytics Team designs restorative justice processes and community healing programs — developing the frameworks and facilitation approaches needed to repair harm, rebuild relationships, and restore community cohesion after conflict and mass rights violations. The team applies restorative justice theory, conflict transformation, and community healing research to design processes that bring together victims, perpetrators, and communities to address harm, acknowledge responsibility, and build the foundations for sustainable reconciliation.
