Defending LGBTQ+ rights and protecting individuals from state-sponsored and societal persecution.
Unit Mission
The LGBTQ+ Rights & Systemic Persecution Defense Unit defends LGBTQ+ rights and protects individuals from state-sponsored and societal persecution — providing legal assistance, protection, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ people facing criminalization, violence, and discrimination.
