Legal Aid & Representation Tech Unit

Expanding access to legal aid and representation through technology and innovative service delivery models.

Unit Mission

The Legal Aid & Representation Tech Unit expands access to legal aid and representation — deploying technology solutions, developing innovative service delivery models, and building the legal aid systems needed to ensure that victims of human rights violations can access effective legal assistance. The unit applies legal technology, access to justice research, and legal aid system design to develop digital legal aid tools, train paralegals, and build the legal aid infrastructure needed to reach underserved populations in humanitarian and resource-limited settings.
