Labor Rights, Unionization & Workplace Justice Field Team
Defending labor rights and supporting workers' organizing in the face of exploitation and anti-union suppression.
Unit Mission
The Labor Rights, Unionization & Workplace Justice Field Team defends labor rights and supports workers' organizing — documenting labor rights violations, providing legal assistance to workers and unions, and advocating for the legal frameworks needed to protect freedom of association and collective bargaining. The team applies international labor standards, labor rights law, and worker organizing support to protect workers from exploitation, defend union rights, and advance workplace justice in formal and informal economy settings.
