The High-Risk Humanitarian Extraction & Crisis Mediation Team extracts individuals from high-risk situations through humanitarian negotiation and crisis mediation — deploying specialized negotiators and extraction specialists to secure the release of hostages, detained activists, and individuals trapped in dangerous situations. The team applies crisis negotiation, humanitarian diplomacy, and extraction operations to resolve high-stakes situations through dialogue and negotiation, minimizing risk to individuals in danger and achieving their safe release.

Crisis Negotiation
Conducting crisis negotiations for the release of hostages and detained individuals — applying professional negotiation techniques to resolve high-stakes situations through dialogue and achieve the safe release of individuals in danger.
Humanitarian Diplomacy
Engaging in humanitarian diplomacy — working with state authorities, armed groups, and international organizations to secure access to detained individuals and negotiate the conditions for their safe release.
Extraction Operations
Planning and executing extraction operations — coordinating the logistics of safely removing individuals from high-risk situations once negotiations have secured the conditions for their release.
