Unit Mission
The Embassy, Expatriate & NGO Worker Airlift Extraction Unit plans and executes emergency airlift extractions for embassy staff, expatriates, and NGO workers from deteriorating security environments — providing the specialized evacuation planning, logistics, and operational execution needed to safely extract personnel when security conditions collapse. The unit applies non-combatant evacuation operations, aviation logistics, and security assessment to develop extraction plans, maintain evacuation readiness, and execute rapid extractions when crises demand.
