The Training Standards, AR/VR Simulation & Certification Task Force develops training standards and AR/VR simulation systems — designing the competency frameworks, simulation environments, and certification programs needed to build and verify the operational skills required for effective performance across all organizational functions. The task force applies instructional design, simulation technology, and competency assessment to develop the training systems that build operational readiness and provide the certifications that verify individual and team competency.
