Unit Mission
The Systemic Corruption & Institutional Decay Neutralization Task Force analyzes systemic corruption and institutional decay — developing diagnostic frameworks, corruption mapping tools, and governance restoration strategies that address the root causes of institutional failure and build the accountability systems needed for effective governance. The task force applies anti-corruption science, institutional analysis, and governance reform to identify corruption networks, assess institutional decay, and develop the targeted interventions needed to restore integrity and effectiveness to failing institutions.

Mapping corruption networks and institutional decay — analyzing governance systems to identify corruption networks, accountability gaps, and institutional weaknesses that enable systemic corruption to persist.
Anti-Corruption Strategy
Developing anti-corruption strategies — designing targeted interventions that address the specific corruption mechanisms and institutional weaknesses identified through diagnostic analysis.
Governance Restoration
Planning governance restoration — developing the institutional reform strategies, accountability mechanisms, and capacity-building programs needed to restore integrity and effectiveness to institutions damaged by systemic corruption.
