Space, Cyber & Electromagnetic Domain Intelligence Unit

Developing intelligence on space, cyber, and electromagnetic domain threats to protect critical capabilities.

Unit Mission

The Space, Cyber & Electromagnetic Domain Intelligence Unit develops intelligence on space, cyber, and electromagnetic domain threats — collecting and analyzing intelligence on adversary capabilities and activities in the space, cyber, and electromagnetic domains to enable proactive protection of critical capabilities. The unit applies space intelligence, cyber intelligence, and electromagnetic spectrum analysis to develop the domain-specific intelligence products needed to understand and counter threats in these increasingly contested domains.

Key Functions

Space Intelligence

Developing space domain intelligence — assessing adversary space capabilities, anti-satellite programs, and space-based intelligence collection to enable protection of critical space assets.

Cyber Intelligence

Developing cyber domain intelligence — analyzing adversary cyber capabilities, attack infrastructure, and cyber operations to enable proactive cyber defense and informed response.

Electromagnetic Intelligence

Developing electromagnetic spectrum intelligence — analyzing adversary electronic warfare capabilities, jamming operations, and electromagnetic spectrum use to enable effective spectrum management and protection.
