Unit Mission
The Institutional Anti-Corruption & Whistleblower Protection Unit combats institutional corruption and protects whistleblowers — developing anti-corruption strategies, investigating corruption allegations, and providing the legal protection and support systems needed to encourage and protect individuals who expose wrongdoing in public and private institutions. The unit applies anti-corruption methodology, investigative techniques, and whistleblower protection law to disrupt corruption networks and build the accountability systems that deter future corruption.

Anti-Corruption Strategy
Developing anti-corruption strategies — designing the targeted interventions, institutional reforms, and enforcement mechanisms needed to disrupt corruption networks and reduce corruption risk in public institutions.
Whistleblower Protection
Protecting whistleblowers — developing the legal frameworks, secure reporting channels, and support systems needed to protect individuals who expose corruption from retaliation and ensure their safety.
Corruption Investigation
Supporting corruption investigations — providing the investigative expertise, forensic analysis, and evidence collection support needed to build cases against corrupt officials and institutions.
