Humanitarian Law Integration & Policy Modeling Team
Integrating international humanitarian law into policy frameworks and modeling compliance across operational contexts.
Unit Mission
The Humanitarian Law Integration & Policy Modeling Team integrates international humanitarian law into policy frameworks — developing the policy models, training programs, and compliance systems needed to ensure that humanitarian law principles are embedded in operational planning, decision-making, and institutional culture. The team applies international humanitarian law, policy analysis, and legal modeling to develop the practical frameworks that translate IHL obligations into operational guidance and institutional compliance systems.
