The Energy Resources & Geopolitical Strategic Stability Unit analyzes energy geopolitics and develops strategies that advance energy security and strategic stability — assessing the geopolitical implications of energy resource distribution, energy transition dynamics, and energy infrastructure vulnerabilities to develop the diplomatic strategies needed to advance energy security and prevent energy-related conflicts. The unit applies energy geopolitics, strategic studies, and diplomatic analysis to develop the international frameworks and bilateral arrangements needed to ensure energy security and manage the strategic implications of the global energy transition.
