The Organ Trafficking & Illicit Medical Network Tracking Team investigates the global trade in illegally obtained human organs and the criminal medical networks that facilitate transplant tourism and coerced organ harvesting. The unit works with medical regulators, law enforcement, and international health bodies to expose exploitation networks, prosecute perpetrators, and protect vulnerable populations from organ harvesting.

Transplant Tourism Monitoring
Monitoring medical facilities and travel patterns associated with transplant tourism to identify illegal organ procurement and alert regulatory authorities.
Victim Protection
Identifying and supporting victims of coerced organ harvesting, providing legal advocacy, medical care, and rehabilitation support while building prosecution cases against perpetrators.
