The Incident Management & Unified Command Systems Group deploys experienced incident commanders and logistics coordinators to establish unified command structures at major disaster events, integrating the efforts of government agencies, military units, NGOs, and international responders into a coherent operational framework. The unit applies the Incident Command System and Unified Command principles to eliminate coordination failures that cost lives in complex multi-agency responses.

Resource Coordination
Tracking and allocating personnel, equipment, and supplies across the incident, ensuring critical resources reach the highest-priority needs and that incoming mutual aid is integrated efficiently.
