Mission Statement

The Hazardous Clandestine Laboratory Decontamination & Raid-Support Team provides specialized CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) support to law enforcement operations targeting illicit drug manufacturing facilities. The team ensures the safety of raid personnel, manages hazardous chemical exposures, and conducts thorough decontamination of seized laboratory sites to protect surrounding communities.

Key Functions

Pre-Raid Hazard Assessment

Conducting advance assessment of clandestine laboratory sites to identify chemical hazards, recommend protective equipment, and plan safe entry and evidence collection procedures.

Active Raid CBRN Support

Deploying alongside law enforcement during raids to manage chemical exposures, provide immediate medical response to hazardous material incidents, and ensure personnel safety.

Post-Raid Decontamination

Executing comprehensive decontamination of seized laboratory sites, neutralizing residual chemical hazards and rendering sites safe for subsequent investigation and community re-entry.
