Biosurveillance
Operating global biosurveillance networks that aggregate clinical, laboratory, media, and open-source data to provide early warning of emerging biological threats before they reach pandemic potential.
IHR Compliance Advisory
Advising governments on International Health Regulations compliance — core capacity assessment, National Action Plan development, and the Joint External Evaluation process that benchmarks global health security readiness.
