Operating mobile telemedicine platforms that connect field clinicians with remote specialist consultants, extending the diagnostic and treatment capability of field teams beyond their organic expertise.
Medical Logistics
Managing the medical supply chain for field hospital operations — procurement, cold chain management, inventory control, and resupply — ensuring continuous availability of essential medicines, consumables, and equipment.
