Critical Infrastructure Cyber Defense & Stress-Testing Team

Stress-testing critical infrastructure cyber defenses to find and fix vulnerabilities before adversaries do.

Mission Statement

The Critical Infrastructure Cyber Defense & Stress-Testing Team conducts adversarial simulation exercises against the cyber defenses of critical infrastructure operators — power grids, water systems, financial networks, and communications infrastructure. By emulating the tactics of nation-state and criminal threat actors, the team identifies exploitable vulnerabilities, tests incident response capabilities, and provides prioritized remediation guidance that measurably reduces attack surface.

Key Functions

Red Team Operations

Conducting full-scope adversarial simulation exercises against critical infrastructure cyber defenses, emulating nation-state and criminal threat actor tactics to identify exploitable vulnerabilities.

ICS/SCADA Assessment

Assessing the security of industrial control systems and SCADA networks that operate physical infrastructure, identifying the cyber-physical attack paths that could cause real-world operational disruption.

Remediation Guidance

Translating red team findings into prioritized, actionable remediation guidance that addresses the highest-risk vulnerabilities first, with clear implementation roadmaps for infrastructure operators.

Core Capabilities

Adversarial red team operations
ICS/SCADA security assessment
Penetration testing and exploitation
Incident response capability testing
Vulnerability prioritization and remediation
