Deploying within hours of outbreak notification to implement targeted containment measures — isolation, quarantine, ring vaccination, and movement restrictions — that interrupt transmission chains before exponential spread occurs.
Pathogen Genomic Tracking
Applying whole-genome sequencing to characterize outbreak pathogens, track transmission chains, identify emerging variants, and determine the geographic origin and spread dynamics of active outbreaks.
Surveillance Integration
Integrating real-time surveillance data from clinical, laboratory, and community sources into a unified outbreak picture that enables evidence-based containment decisions and resource allocation.
