Unit Mission
The Institutional Anti-Corruption & Whistleblower Protection Unit develops anti-corruption policy frameworks and whistleblower protection systems that strengthen institutional integrity and accountability. The unit applies anti-corruption law, institutional design, and public administration research to develop the transparency requirements, enforcement mechanisms, and whistleblower protection frameworks needed to detect and deter corruption — while protecting those who expose wrongdoing from retaliation.

Anti-Corruption Frameworks
Developing anti-corruption policy frameworks — designing the legal prohibitions, enforcement mechanisms, and institutional safeguards needed to detect and deter corruption in public institutions and private sector dealings with government.
Whistleblower Protection
Developing whistleblower protection systems — designing legal protections, secure reporting channels, and institutional support mechanisms that enable individuals to report corruption without fear of retaliation.
Transparency Systems
Developing transparency and accountability mechanisms — designing asset declaration systems, beneficial ownership registries, and public procurement transparency requirements that reduce corruption opportunities and enable public scrutiny.
