Global Threat Matrix & Predictive Heat-Mapping Team

Policy

Global Threat Matrix & Predictive Heat-Mapping Team

Developing global threat matrices and predictive heat maps that synthesize multi-domain risk intelligence for strategic decision-making.

Unit Mission

The Global Threat Matrix & Predictive Heat-Mapping Team develops comprehensive global threat matrices and predictive heat maps that synthesize intelligence across security, environmental, health, and economic domains — providing the integrated risk picture needed for strategic decision-making. The team applies multi-domain risk assessment, geospatial analysis, and predictive modeling to produce threat visualizations that identify the geographic concentrations of risk, emerging threat convergences, and the most consequential scenarios requiring strategic attention.

Key Functions

Threat Synthesis

Synthesizing intelligence across security, environmental, health, and economic domains — integrating multi-source threat data into coherent threat matrices that identify the most consequential risks and their geographic distribution.

Heat Mapping

Developing predictive threat heat maps — applying geospatial analysis and predictive modeling to visualize the geographic distribution of risk and identify the locations where multiple threat streams converge.

Decision Support

Developing strategic decision-support tools — translating complex multi-domain threat assessments into accessible visualizations and briefing products that enable senior decision-makers to understand and act on threat intelligence.

Operational Capabilities

Multi-domain threat synthesis
Geospatial risk visualization
Predictive threat modeling
Threat convergence analysis
Strategic risk communication
Decision-support tool development
