Diplomacy

Energy Resources & Geopolitical Strategic Stability Unit

Analyzing energy geopolitics and developing diplomatic frameworks that promote energy security and strategic stability.

Unit Mission

The Energy Resources & Geopolitical Strategic Stability Unit analyzes the geopolitical dimensions of energy resources — oil, gas, critical minerals, and renewable energy — and develops diplomatic frameworks that promote energy security, reduce resource conflict, and advance the clean energy transition. The unit applies energy economics, geopolitical analysis, and international relations to assess how energy dependencies, resource competition, and the clean energy transition shape strategic stability and develop diplomatic strategies that manage these dynamics.
