Education, Labor & Demographic Trends Strategic Policy Unit
Analyzing demographic trends and developing education and labor policy that prepares societies for future challenges.
Unit Mission
The Education, Labor & Demographic Trends Strategic Policy Unit analyzes demographic trends and develops education and labor policy frameworks that prepare societies for the economic and social challenges of the future — including aging populations, automation, migration, and skills mismatches. The unit applies demography, labor economics, and education policy to develop the human capital investment strategies, labor market institutions, and social protection systems needed for inclusive and resilient societies.
