Unit Mission
The Incident Management & Unified Command Systems Group establishes and operates unified command structures for complex, multi-agency disaster responses — integrating the Incident Command System, National Incident Management System, and international emergency management frameworks to coordinate the full spectrum of response operations. The group applies ICS doctrine, emergency management law, and operational coordination to build the command architectures that enable diverse agencies, NGOs, and military assets to operate as a coherent, accountable response force.

Developing and executing incident action plans — translating strategic objectives into operational assignments, resource allocations, and safety protocols that guide all response activities through each operational period.

Coordinating multi-agency response operations — facilitating information sharing, resource integration, and decision-making across government agencies, NGOs, military assets, and international partners to maximize response effectiveness.
