The Global Supply Chain Black-Swan Continuity & Structural Engineering unit engineers supply chain resilience and continuity systems — analyzing supply chain vulnerabilities, designing redundancy and diversification strategies, and developing the structural engineering solutions needed to protect supply chain infrastructure from black-swan disruption events. The unit applies supply chain management, risk engineering, and structural engineering to develop the resilience frameworks and physical infrastructure designs that ensure supply chain continuity under extreme disruption scenarios.

Analyzing global supply chain vulnerabilities — mapping supply chain networks, identifying critical nodes and single points of failure, and assessing the cascading impacts of disruption scenarios on supply chain performance.
Resilience Design
Designing supply chain resilience strategies — developing redundancy, diversification, and flexibility measures that enable supply chains to absorb disruptions and recover rapidly from black-swan events.
Infrastructure Engineering
Engineering supply chain infrastructure resilience — designing warehouses, ports, and logistics facilities that withstand disaster loads and maintain operational capability under the extreme conditions of major disruption events.
